Questions
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time, from Manage billing on your page. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then doesn't renew.
- Is tax included?
- No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- What happens when Pro ends?
- Your page stays up on Free. Your Pro settings are kept, just not shown, and come back as soon as you upgrade again.
- Does my page still need approval?
- Yes. Fheba Design checks every new page before it goes live, Free or Pro. If we decline a page that has paid for Pro, we refund it in full.
